John and I both really value our patient's time. I think that's one of the key things we try to place an importance on is, it's hard to come to the dentist. People don't like it. We're always up near the top of the phobias list every year, I guess. People don't like to come to the dentist. So they could be other places, and they're choosing to spend time with us, and we want to be respectful of that time. Try to get patients when their scheduled appointment and things happen sometimes, but we try to at least let them if we're running behind. But we try to value their time, and always put their needs or their desires first. We really let the patient control the treatment. We'll present them with the facts, and the science, and the options, and everything, and let them ultimately make the decision. It's their oral health, not ours. We care about it, and we want to provide the best care we can for them, but we're not gonna force into anything. We really just try to present them with our knowledge, and again the research and everything, and then let them decide on the course of treatment. So probably those two things, I'd say, are the most important to us.
